ashes, trash and other waste matter within certain portions of Anne
Arundel County and validating and confirming in all respect as if made
under the provisions of said Section 238 (a) as herein amended."

examination fee of applicants for licenses for the practice of medicine in
this State/'

A Bill entitled "An Act to add a new Article to the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1951 Edition), to be numbered 62B, title 'Maryland Port
Authority', to follow immediately after Article 62A, creating a body
politic and corporate and an instrumentality of the State of Maryland
to be known as the 'Maryland Port Authority' and defining its members
and its powers and duties; providing for the acquisition by the Authority
of certain existing port facilities of the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
