ashes, trash and other waste matter within certain portions of Anne
Arundel County and validating and confirming in all respect as if made
under the provisions of said Section 238 (a) as herein amended."

House Bill No. 15—By the Speaker (Legislative Council) :

A Bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 124 of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edi-
tion), title 'Health', sub-title 'Practitioners of Medicine', increasing the
examination fee of applicants for licenses for the practice of medicine in
this State/'

Which was read the first time and referred to the Baltimore City
Delegation.

to be known as the 'Maryland Port Authority' and defining its members
and its powers and duties; providing for the acquisition by the Authority
