a position is specifically fixed by statute;
authorization is hereby granted to use Special
and Federal Funds for this purpose, in the
amount of $1,480,450, to be payable out of
revenues and grants which are the source of
funds for the payment of budget appropria-
tions payable out of Special and Federal
Funds; this amount being estimated and it
being the intention that the actual amount,
whether it be more or less, shall be made
available in allocating by budget amendment
to the various State agencies the amounts
necessary to supplement the appropriations
for salaries in this budget.
