tion", or a synonym therefor, prominently displayed, shall include, in
letters at least half the size of the largest letters appearing in such dis-
play, advertisement or sign, and lighted and displayed with substan-
tially equal prominence, a complete list, by name, headed "Sales
Agents For" or the equivalent, of all business establishments from
which any person, firm or corporation directly or indirectly con-s
nected with such service receives any commission, fee, or other pay-
ment or remuneration for business referred to such business estab-
lishments. This sub-section shall not apply to bona fide Chambers or
Associations of Commerce of Maryland cities, towns or counties or to
information service furnished by any retail business establishment
where no remuneration is received from any other business establish-
ment other than for goods sold on the premises.
(c) Any person who violates any provision of this section shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be
fined not more than $500.00

for each and every offense.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect on
June 1,1956.

CHAPTER 36
(House Bill 35)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 1. of Arti-
cle 95A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title
"Unemployment Compensation" changing the name by which said
Article 95A shall be known and cited.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 1. of Article 95A of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1951 Edition), title "Unemployment Compensation" be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
1. This Article shall be known and may be cited as the ["Unem-
ployment Compensation Law."] "Unemployment Insurance Law".
Wherever the term "unemployment compensation" appears in this
Article, or elsewhere in the laws or regulations of this State, or of
any department or agency thereof, it shall mean unemployment in-
surance.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1956.
