[(7)] (8) a non-resident piloting aircraft in this State who is
registered in another State;

[(8)] (4) an individual piloting an aircraft engaged principally
in commercial flying constituting an act of interstate or foreign
commerce;

[(9)1 (5) an individual operating model aircraft;

[(10)] (6) an individual piloting an aircraft which is equipped
with fully functioning dual controls when a properly certified pilot
is in full charge of one set of said controls and such flight is solely for
instruction or for the demonstration of said aircraft to a bona fide
prospective purchaser.

34.   (State Aviation Fund.) There is hereby created a fund to
be known as the "State Aviation Fund". All moneys received from
registration fees, [all] fines, licensing of airports, landing fields, air
schools, or other licenses issued under the provisions of this Article,
shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to such fund.

35.   Any moneys or fees coming into the [hands of the said Com-
mission] State Aviation Fund may be used for the necessary ex-
penses of the Commission essential to the carrying out of this Article,
but no overdraft shall be created by reason of any such expenditures.

Article 81

8.

(41) Aircraft. Aircraft which are subject to the registration
provisions contained in Section 22 of Article 1A of this Code.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1956.

CHAPTER 82
(House Bill 12)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 154 of
Article 41 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1955 Supplement),
title "Governor—Executive and Administrative Departments", sub-
title "The Executive Department," sub-heading "Hall of Records
Commission", relating to the destruction of certain records required
by law to be kept permanently where the original record has been
photographed or otherwise reproduced.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 154 of Article 41 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1955 Supplement), title "Governor—Executive and Administrative
Departments", sub-title "The Executive Department", sub-heading
"Hall of Records Commission", be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
