STATE AIDED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

13.04.10.01   Maryland School for the Blind. Appropriations are

to be disbursed by the Treasury Department on
transmittal from the State Department of Edu-
cation, in acordance with regulations prescribed
by said State Department of Education. Any
part of this appropriation, by consent of both
parties, may be used for matching purposes in
the event Federal Funds are available. This ap-
propriation is contingent upon the School's com-
plying with the provisions of Chapter 86 of the
Acts of 1949.

13.04.10.02   Maryland Workshop for the Blind. Appropriations

are to be disbursed by the Treasury Department
on transmittal from the State Department of
Education, in accordance with regulations pre-
scribed by the said State Department of Educa-
tion. Any part of this appropriation, by con-

purposes in the event Federal Funds are avail-
able. This appropriation is contingent upon the
Workshop's complying with the provisions of
Chapter 86 of the Acts of 1949.
