Titling", correcting certain wording in said sub-section,

RELATING GENERALLY TO
THE REFUSAL, REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF MOTOR
VEHICLE OPERATOR'S LICENSE IN THIS STATE.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sub-section 103 (c) of Article 66 1/2of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Motor Vehicles", sub-title "Admin-
istration—Registration—Titling", be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
103 (c). The Department is horoby authorized to SHALL refuse
or [suspend] revoke the license of an operator or chauffeur without
preliminary hearing upon a showing by its records or other sufficient
evidence that the applicant or licensee has committed BEEN CON-
VICTED OF an offense for which mandatory revocation of license
is required upon conviction [.] ,

AS PROVIDED IN SEC. 102
(B) OF THIS ARTICLE, PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT WHEN
A MINOR IS NOTIFIED OF SUCH REFUSAL, SUSPENSION OR
REVOCATION, SAID NOTICE SHALL ADVISE THE LICENSEE
OF HIS RIGHT TO A HEARING UNDER SEC. 103 (D) OF THIS
ARTICLE.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.
