for the purposes of this sub-title, all of the money expended by
the Department of Correction to maintain the penal system based
on a cost per man per day shall be considered the cost of board and
maintenance of a prisoner.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.

AN ACT to repeal Sub-section (b) of Section 9 of Article 41 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Governor—
Executive and Administrative Departments", sub-title "General
Provisions", relating t;o the printing for distribution by the Secre-
tary of State of certain rules of the Executive Branch.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sub-section (b) of Section 9 of Article 41 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1951 Edition, title "Governor—Executive and
Administrative Departments", sub-title "General Provisions", be and
it is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.

(Senate Bill 227)
AN ACT to add new Sub-section 15(3) (f) to Article 101 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Workmen's
Compensation", sub-title "Suit—Methods of Insurance", said new
sub-section to follow immediately after Sub-section 15(3) (e)
thereof, relating to the return of securities deposited by self-
insurers under the Workmen's Compensation Laws.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
