(House Bill 710)
AN ACT to add Section 166 (c-1) to Article 2B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-
title "Appeals", said new section to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 166 (c) thereof, relating to court costs in appeals from the
Board of License Commissioners in alcoholic beverage cases in
Prince George's County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 2B of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Alcoholic Bever-
ages", sub-title "Appeals", said new section to be known as Section
166 (c-1), to follow immediately after Section 166 (c) thereof, and
to read as follows:
166.
(c-1) (Prince George's County.) In Prince George's County the
Clerk of the Court before docketing an appeal shall first collect,
from the person or persons so appealing, all court costs and a state-
ment from the Clerk to the Board of License Commissioners that the
costs for getting records and transcripts of proceedings of the hearing
before the Board have been paid. In no case shall any cost be assessed
against the Board of License Commissioners.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-section (a) of
Section 1334 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's
County (1953 Edition), being Article 17 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince George's County", sub-title
"Riverdale", sub-heading "Street Improvements", relating to the
amount the Mayor and Common Council of Riverdale may borrow
through bonds or notes to pay for construction of a storm water
or surface drainage system.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sub-section (a) of Section 1334 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Prince George's County (1953 Edition), being Article 17 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince George's
