day's attendance upon the sessions of said Court.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect

(House Bill 321)
AN ACT to repeal Sections 380 and 381 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Baltimore County (1948 Edition, being Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, 1930 Edition, title "Balti-
more County"), title "Special Tax Levies", sub-title "Relay", re-
moving from said Code obsolete provisions relating to the Village
of Relay and providing for a special tax on property situate in said
Village of Relay.
WHEREAS, Sections 380 and 381 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Baltimore County (1948 Edition), are now no longer necessary;
now therefore
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 380 and 381 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Baltimore County (1948 Edition, being Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, 1930 Edition, title "Baltimore
County"), title "Special Tax Levies", sub-title "Relay", be and the
same are hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.

CHAPTER 352
(House Bill 327)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 20 of
Article 59 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition),
Title "Lunatics and Insane", sub-title "Department of Mental
Hygiene", specifying the jurisdictions where sanity hearings may
be held, and providing that after one hearing, the petition for
another hearing must be accompanied by affidavit (s) indicating
substantial improvement in mental condition, and granting to the
Court power to refuse a hearing unless substantial improvement in
mental condition is indicated.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
