ordered to be restrained shall wound any person, or shall wound or
kill any livestock or poultry, the Commission or the Court may order
such dog to be humanely destroyed.

200J. (Wrongful Killing, Enticing, or Harboring.) Whosoever at-
tempts to administer or places where it is accessible to dogs any
poison, ground glass or potions of a deadly nature shall be guilty of
crime punishable, on conviction, by a fine not to exceed the sum of
five hundred dollars ($500.00) or three months in prison or shall be
both fined and imprisoned in the discretion of the Court.

200K. (Other Unlawful Acts Concerning Dogs.) It shall be the
duty of the State's Attorney of the County to prosecute all such cases
that comes to his attention. All fines imposed under this Act shall
be payable to the Dog License Commission of Baltimore County for
use in the administration of the provisions of this Act.

(Female Dog in Season.) for the owner of any female dog to
allow it while in oestrus or a condition commonly known as "in heat"
or "in season" to be out of doors either loose, or on a leash, or in an
enclosure shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction be-
fore a trial magistrate or the Circuit Court of Baltimore County
shall, be fined twenty-five dollars ($25.00), and upon a second con-
viction, shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00)
nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00).

(Concealing a Dog.) for any person to deny ownership or pos-
session of or to conceal or harbor any dog on which the license fee has
not been paid, or to conceal a dog suspected of rabies to keep it from
being impounded for observation and possible destruction shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less
than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) or not more than one hundred
dollars ($100.00).

200L. (Other Unlawful Acts Concerning Dogs.) The following
shall be deemed unlawful acts and constitute misdemeanors and upon
conviction thereof before a trial magistrate or the Circuit Court shall
be punished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) or by
imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than thirty days, or by
fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Court.

(Alteration of License Certificate.) for any person, for an un-
lawful purpose to alter the original entries on a license certificate.

(Unlawful Use of Lost Tag) for any person to use a lost tag for
which a duplicate has been issued or to use a tag on a dog for which
it was not issued.

(Purchase of Fraudulent License) for any person to purchase a
dog license on fraudulent representations concerning himself or the
dog licensed.

(Counterfeiting of License Tag) for any person to use a tag in
substitution for a legal license tag so similar in shape and appear-
ance that it is easily mistaken for the official tag for the current year.

(Kennel License Liability) for any person financially interested
in a kennel license to permit any unlawful operation or practice by
such kennel.
