"County Commissioners", said section to be known as Section
95C and to follow immediately after Section 95B of said Article, as
said section was enacted by Chapter 647 of the Acts of 1943, au-
thorizing an annual appropriation by the County Commissioners
of Garrett County of a certain sum of money to be contributed to
the Allegany-Garrett Tuberculosis Association.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 12 of the Code
of Public Local Laws (1930 Edition), title "Garrett County", sub-
title "County Commissioners", said section is to be known as Section
95C and to follow immediately after Section 95B of said Article, as
said section was enacted by Chapter 647 of the Acts of 1943 and to
read as follows:

95C. The County Commissioners of Garrett County are authorized
to levy annually and collect from the assessable property in Garrett
County, as other taxes are levied and collected, a sum not to exceed
$100.00, which sum shall be donated to the Allegany-Garrett Tuber-
culosis Association.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.

(House Bill 270)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-sections (a)
and (c) of Section 125, Section 126 and Section 129 of Article
66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition and 1954
Supplement), title "Natural Resources," sub-title "Birds, Game
and Inland Water Fish," sub-heading "Hunter's License," provid-
ing that non-residents must purchase a non-resident hunting license,
setting forth an instance when a license is not required, making
it unlawful to procure a license by giving false information, setting
forth certain rights which a license will give non-residents, and in-
creasing the penalty for non-residents hunting without a license.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sub-sections (a) and (c) of Section 125, Section 126 and Sec-
tion 129 of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951
Edition and 1954 Supplement), title "Natural Resources," sub-title
"Birds, Game and Inland Water Fish," sub-heading "Hunter's
License," be and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
