SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 155 (d) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1951 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "County
Dispensaries", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
155.
(d) (Wicomico County.) Provided, that in Wicomico County the
reports to the County Commissioners shall be [prepared for the
semi-annual periods ending on February 1 and September 1] sub-
mitted monthly. The June 30th annual report shall be submitted
to the County Commissioners, copy of which shall be printed in a
newspaper of frequent and general circulation, published in Wicom-
ico County.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.

(Senate Bill 286)
AN ACT to add Section 490B to the Laws of Harford County (1942
Edition, being Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland), title "Harford County", sub-title "Taxes and County
Treasurer", said new section to follow immediately after Section
490A thereof, as enacted by Chapter 24 of the Acts of 1949, requir-
ing a license to operate a trailer camp in Harford County, specify-
ing the fee for such license, imposing an excise tax for the privilege
of leasing or renting a trailer coach space in Harford County and
relating generally to the licensing of trailer camps and the leasing
or renting of trailer coach spaces in Harford County.

That Section 490B be and it is hereby added to the Laws of Harford
County (1942 Edition, being Article 13 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Harford County", sub-title "Taxes and
County Treasurer", said new section to follow immediately after
Section 490A thereof, as enacted by Chapter 24 of the Acts of 1949,
and to read as follows:
490B. (a) (Vehicular Trailer Camp Licenses.) The operator of
every vehicular trailer camp in Harford County shall obtain a license
in order to operate or continue to operate such trailer camp. The
license shall be obtained from the Board of County Commissioners
of Harford County. for the purpose of this section, a vehicular
trailer camp is defined as an establishment in Harford County which
leases two or more trailer coach spaces and supplies utility services
