WHEREAS, by Chapter 315 of the Acts of 1951, the General
Assembly legalized and made evidence of the law, the 1951 Edition
of the Annotated Code of the Public General Laws of Maryland;
and

WHEREAS, by Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1955, the 1954 Supplement
to that Code has already been legalized and made evidence of the
law; and

WHEREAS, another Supplement to that Code, to be known as the
1955 Supplement to the Annotated Code of the Public General Laws
of Maryland (1951 Edition) is to be prepared and published by the
Editorial Staff of The Michie Company, Charlottesville, Virginia;
and

WHEREAS, this Supplement will contain the Public General Laws
enacted at the 1953,1954 and 1955 Sessions of the General Assembly,
together with those Public General Laws of the 1952 Session which
were set out in Appendix A at the end of Volume 3 of the 1951
Edition of the Annotated Code; now therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the 1955 Supplement to the Annotated Code of the Public
General Laws of Maryland (1951 Edition), prepared and published
by the Editorial Staff of The Michie Company, Charlottesville, Vir-
ginia, be and the same is hereby legalized and made evidence of the
Public General Laws enacted at the 1953, 1954 and 1955 Sessions of
the General Assembly of Maryland and of those Public General Laws
of the 1952 Session which were set out in Appendix A at the end
of Volume 3 of the 1951 Edition of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land. It shall be deemed and taken as such in all the Courts of the
State and by all Justices of the Peace and Trial Magistrates of the
State and by all other public officials of the State.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.
