County Code (1950 Edition), being Articles 17 and 16, respectively,
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, titles "Prince
George's County" and "Montgomery County", sub-title "Washing-
ton Suburban Sanitary District", said new section to be known as
Section 1561B of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's
County (1953 Edition) and Section 130-18J of the Montgomery
County Code (1950 Edition), and to follow immediately after Sec-
tions 1561A and 130-18-1, respectively, adding certain areas to the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District, including the area within
the municipal corporation of Morningside; and relating to the
valuation to be placed on the property of the Morningside Water
Company, Inc. in the event said property is acquired by the Wash-
ington Suburban Sanitary District and relating generally to the
provisions and conditions concerning said addition to the bound-
aries of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Prince George's County (1953 Edition), and the
Montgomery County Code (1950 Edition), being Articles 17 and 16,
respectively, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, titles
"Prince George's County" and "Montgomery County", sub-title
"Washington Suburban Sanitary District", said new section to be
known as Section 1561 B of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince
George's County (1953 Edition) and Section 130-18J of the Mont-
gomery County Code (1950 Edition), and to follow immediately
after Sections 1561A and 130-18-1, respectively, and to read as
follows:
1561B (130 18J). The areas herein described are hereby added
to the Washington Suburban Sanitary District created by Chapter
122 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1918:
