THE CASE OF A PRIVATE KINDERGARTEN OR NURSERY
SCHOOL.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1,1955.

(House Bill 802)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-section (g)
of Section 19 of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1951 Edition and 1954 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages",
sub-title "Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses", creating a special Class
BH license for certain hotels in Prince George's County and estab-
lishing an annual license fee therefor.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sub-section (g) of Section 19 of Article 2B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1951 Edition and 1954 Supplement), title "Alco-
holic Beverages", sub-title "Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses", be and
it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:
19.
(g) (Prince George's County.) In Prince George's County (1) the
annual fee for such a license shall be Seven Hundred and Fifty Dol-
lars ($750.00); (2) such a license may be issued to any Agricultural
Association, or Agricultural fair Association where restaurant facili-
ties are available or to duly authorized concessionaires of any such
association for a limited period of time upon payment of a license fee
of Five Dollars ($5.00) per day for the period of such license. In
Prince George's County there shall be, in addition to the class herein
provided, a special Class B license known as Class BH, which shall
be issued only to hotels, and for the purpose of this section "hotel"
shall mean an establishment RECOGNIZED AS A HOTEL for the
accommodation of the public PROVIDING SERVICES ORDINAR-
ILY FOUND IN HOTELS, equipped with not less than fifty ONE
HUNDRED bedrooms, A BALLROOM WITH NOT LESS THAN
2,000 SQUARE FEET, A LOBBY WITH REGISTRATION AND
MAIL DESK AND SEATING FACILITIES and a dining room with
facilities for preparing and serving regular meals, wherein the aver-
age daily receipts from the hire of rooms and the sale of food exceeds
the average daily receipts from the sale of alcoholic beverages; said
hotel building shall consist of not less than three floors NOT IN-
