ROCKVILLE FRUIT FARM; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE
SOUTHERN BOUNDARIES AF THE SAID ROCKVILLE FRUIT
faRM A DISTANCE OF ABOUT TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUN-
DRED AND FIFTY (2,550) FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE
SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF THE SAID ROCKVILLE
FRUIT faRM; THENCE IN A STRAIGHT LINE, SOUTHEAST-
ERLY TO INTERSECT THE SEVEN LOCKS ROAD AT A POINT
THREE HUNDRED (300) FEET NORTHEAST OF MONTROSE
ROAD AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH SAID SEVEN LOCKS
ROAD; THENCE EASTERLY, PARALLEL TO AND THREE
HUNDRED (300) FEET NORTH OF SAID MONTROSE ROAD
TO INTERSECT THE PRESENT BOUNDARY OF THE WASH-
INGTON SUBURBAN SANITARY DISTRICT, THENCE SOUTH-

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the jurisdiction of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to
include the area above described and said area shall be subject to
all the rules and regulations of the Commission and all provisions of
law relating to said District, including taxes and other sums or
charges levied by said Commission in other parts of said District.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.

CHAPTER 688
(House Bill 752)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 36 (a) (1)
of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition),
title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Local Licenses and License
Provisions", authorizing retailers to sell beer and wine in contain-
ers holding less than one-half pint in Prince George's County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 36 (a) (1) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1951 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Local
Licenses and License Provisions", be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

36. (Prince George's County.) (Sealed Packages or Containers.)
(a) (1) In Prince George's County no holder of any retail license
issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County
