CHAPTER 663
(House Bill 484)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 142 of
Article 11 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition),
title "Banks and Trust Companies", sub-title "Credit Unions",
relating to the rate of pay for the examination of Credit Unions
by the Bank Commissioner.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 142 of Article 11 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1951 Edition), title "Banks and Trust Companies", sub-title "Credit
Unions", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, and to read as follows:
142. The examination of Credit Unions by the Bank Commissioner
shall be paid for by such Credit Unions at the following rate for
each examination: A Charge of [Five Dollars ($5.00)]

TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) for each examination
shall be made in all cases, to which shall be added, after first deduct-
ing the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) from the total
assets of the institution so examined, an additional charge of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) plus [1/20]

1/18 of 1 per cent, of each remain-
ing assets OR AT A DAILY RATE PER EXAMINER OF FORTY
DOLLARS ($40.00), WHICH EVER IS THE LEAST. The Bank
Commissioner shall collect the amounts named from the institution
examined and pay the same to the State Treasurer.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.

CHAPTER 664
(House Bill 506)
AN ACT to add a new section to the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County (1953 Edition), being Article 17 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Prince George's County", sub-title "Washington Suburban Sani-
tary District", said new section to be known as Section 1575A and
to follow immediately after Section 1575 thereof, prohibiting,
with an exception, the installation, extension or alteration of
water supply, sewage collection and disposal

in Prince George's County, Maryland, in areas not included within
the Washington Suburban Sanitary District, except the sub-
division known as "Calvert Manor", by any person, firm or corpo-
