that the vendee shall have the right to accelerate any and
all installment payments.
(4) Every land installment contract shall contain provisions
[state] stating clearly (a) any collateral security taken for the
vendee's obligation under the contract [.] , and (b) stating that
WHETHER OR NOT the vendor has not received any WRITTEN
notice from any public agency requiring any repairs or improvements
to be made to the property described in any such contract.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.

CHAPTER 634
(House Bill 213)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 283 of
Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition),
title "Natural Resources/' sub-title "Nets and Seines," changing
the northern boundary of the area of the Chesapeake Bay in which
the use of anchored gill nets is prohibited.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Gen< > Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 283 of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1951 Edition), title "Natural Resources," sub-title "Nets and
Seines," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
283. (Anchored Gill Nets.) The use of anchored gill nets is
hereby prohibited in that area of Chesapeake Bay, which is bounded
on the north by a line drawn from Turkey Point on the Eastern Shore
to [Locust Point on Spesutia Island] Sandy Point in Harford County,
and on the south by a line drawn from the mouth of fairlee Creek in
Kent County to Robins Point in Harford County.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.
