(D) FOR EACH ADDITIONAL OFFICE OR PLACE OF BUSI-
NESS, AN ANNUAL FEE OF TWO DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS

(E) FOR EACH CHANGE OF OFFICE OR PLACE OF BUSI-
NESS, A FEE OF ONE ($1.00) DOLLAR.
(F) FOR EACH CHANGE OF NAME OF LICENSEE ON THE
RECORDS OF THE COMMISSION, A FEE OF ONE ($1.00)
DOLLAR.
(G) FOR EACH DUPLICATE LICENSE, WHERE, THE ORIGI-
NAL LICENSE IS LOST, OR DESTROYED, AND AFFIDAVIT
MADE THEREOF, A FEE OF TWO DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS
($2.50).
(H) FOR EACH DUPLICATE OR TRANSFER OF SALESMAN'S
LICENSE, A FEE OF FIFTY CENTS ($0.50).
(I) FOR EACH DUPLICATE REGISTRATION, WHERE THE
ORIGINAL CARD IS LOST OR DESTROYED AND AFFIDAVIT
MADE THEREOF, A FEE OF ONE ($1.00) DOLLAR.
(J) (FEES—NON-RESIDENTS.) NON-RESIDENT APPLI-
CANTS IN STATES, TERRITORIES OR SUB-DIVISIONS OF THE
UNITED STATES WHERE A SIMILAR LICENSING LAW IS IN
EFFECT SHALL PAY THE SAME FEE OR FEES AND COMPLY
WITH THE SAME REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE MAINTE-
NANCE OF A PLACE OF BUSINESS, THE LAW OF THEIR RESI-
DENT STATE OR TERRITORY REQUIRES OF A RESIDENT OF
MARYLAND, PROVIDED SUCH FEE OR FEES SHALL IN NO
CASE BE LESS THAN THOSE REQUIRED OF A RESIDENT
APPLICANT.
231. (Suspension—Revocation of License.) (a) The Commission
may upon its own motion and shall upon the verified complaint in
writing of any person, provided such complaint, or such complaint
together with evidence, documentary or otherwise, presented in con-
nection therewith, shall make out a prima facie case, [investigate]
cause to be investigated the actions of any real estate broker or real
