Court if he resides in the City of Baltimore, and those courts shall
have jurisdiction to review the case with respect to all matters of fact
and law. Pending judicial determination as a result of any such ap-
peal, all decisions of the State Department shall be final and shall be
binding upon the County involved and shall be complied with by such
County Board.
Sec 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1958.

(House Bill 103)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 5 of
Article 95A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
title "Unemployment Insurance Law", sub-title "Benefits", relat-
ing to the benefit eligibility for unemployment compensation of
certain workers temporarily furloughed and subject to recall.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland?
That Section 5 of Article 95A of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title "Unemployment Insurance Law", sub-title
"Benefits", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
5. Persons sixty-five, furloughed and subject to recall.
Any male person, age sixty-five (65) or over and any female person,
age sixty-two (62) or over, who has been temporarily furloughed and
is subject to recall shall not be required to be actively seeking work
to be eligible for benefits under this article.
Sec 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1,1958.
