To the Clerk of the Court of Appeals:

I, CLAUDE B. HELLMANN, SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE OF

MARYLAND, pursuant to the direction contained in Section 210 of
Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition) DO
HEREBY CERTIFY, That no election was held in the Town of Sharps-
burg, Washington County, Maryland, in connection with an Act
known as Chapter 6 of the Special Session of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1945, which authorized the Town of Sharpsburg,
Washington County, Maryland, to borrow $100,000 for the construc-
tion of a water and sewerage system.
