extent that work on said new
pharmacy building may begin
upon satisfactory assurances

that said project can be com-
pleted with the aggregate of
the funds herein and hereto-
fore appropriated for that pur-
pose and Section 8 of said
Chapter 54 being hereby re-
pealed to the extent that the
limitation of two years from
the effective date of said Act
shall not be applicable to said
appropriation shown on Page
184 of the Acts of 1954 but that
the limitation with respect to
said appropriation shall be two
years from the effective date
