Amendment to Senate Bill No. 1 and/or House Bill No. 1.

On page 70 of the printed bill following line 8 of Section 5 add the
following new section:

Section 6. And be it further enacted, That the Comptroller of the
Treasury is hereby directed to transfer at the end of the 1958 fiscal year
from the Department of Correction's State Use Industry Funds into the
General Fund of the State the amount of $200,000.
