CHAPTER 98.

AN ACT to authorise the State Librarian to complete
the reports of Maryland Chancery Decisions, hereto-

fore purchased by order of the Legislature.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the State librarian is hereby autho-
rised to purchase one hundred and ninety copies of the
fourth volume of the Maryland chancery decisions, pub-
lished by James Wingate, to be distributed by said li-
brarian as the reports of the court of appeals are distri-
buted.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That said volume of Ma-
ryland chancery decisions, shall not contain less than
six hundred pages, and that the price to the State shall
be five dollars per volume.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That upon the presenta-
tion of the receipt of the State librarian, that said
volumes have been delivered to the State library, the
comptroller of the treasury shall issue his warrant to the
treasurer to pay said James Wingate, for the said Mary-
land chancery decisions, at the rate of five dollars for
each and every volume purchased.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the sum of nine
hundred and fifty dollars is hereby appropriated from
the State treasury, for the purchase of the fourth volume
of said Maryland chancery decisions, to be paid out of
any unappropriated money in the State treasury.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from and after the date of its passage.

AN ACT to incorporate the Hillen Road company of
Baltimore county.
