the appointment of a weighmaster of live stock in the city of Bal-
timore, passed at December session eighteen hundred and thirty-
seven, chapter three hundred and thirteen, and to a supplement
thereto passed at December session eighteen hundred and forty-
one, chapter one hundred and nineteen.

219. An act to authorise the commissioners of Anne Arundel

and Prince George's counties and the commissioners appointed

under the act of eighteen hundred and fifty-two chapter three hun-

dred and sixty-two, to pay to Otho Maccabee, the sum of eight

hundred dollars and interest for building the Governor's bridge,

without requiring bond to be given as is provided for by the fourth

section of the said act.

220. An act to regulate the printing of advertisements and other
public printing in Somerset county.

221. An act authorising the Orphans' court of Charles county,
to appoint commissioners to divide primary school districts number
three and six, of the third election district of Charles county, and
create a new school district therein.

222. A supplement to an act entitled an act to incorporate the
Howard Street Savings Bank of Baltimore, and to the act supple-
mentary thereto.

223. An act authorising the commissioners of Frederick county
in their discretion to levy a sum of money to build a bridge over
Catoctin creek.

indigent blind persons, inhabitants of this State.

cating their business and fixing their compensation.

226. An act to authorise the county commissioners of Prince

ment of the capital stock of the Patuxent company and the Laurel
Machine company in said county.

227. An act to give the assent of the State of Maryland, to the
building of a bridge over the Potomac river, by the Louden
and Berlin Bridge company, and to authorise the said company
to purchase or have condemned land for the same.

228. An act to incorporate the Midland Coal and Iron com-
pany.

229. An act for the relief of the sureties on the bond of William
K. Rathell, former State tax collector of Talbot county.

chancery.
