WARRANTS OF RESURVEY— Act regulat-

Persons entitled to lands in fee simple

and being in possession thereof, may ob-

tain a warrant of resurvey from land

office; not necessary in such warrant to

state name of tracts of land to be resur-

veyed, and the surveyor to whom such

warrant is directed to survey, shall sur-

vey the land according to the possession

or holding of the same for the last thirty

years, and he shall take proof of said pos-

session and holding,
