The inspector to publish tables,

The inspector shall keep an office in
Baltimore city, and keep an analysis of
every cargo or parcel of guano inspected
by him, and shall give to persons desir-
ous of purchasing, a copy of the analysis
of such cargo then for sale,

Persons importing or bringing guano
to Baltimore city for side shall inform
the inspector who shall inspect and mark
the same,

Persons refusing to have guano inspect-
ed, shall forfeit and pay five dollars for
each and every bag, barrel, &c. , and the
informer made a competent witness,

No person shall sell guano in said city
unless the same be marked by the inspec-
tor, persons violating, subject to forfeit
and pay fifty dollars for each and every
offence,

This act to be construed liberally,

The inspector to receive thirty cents
for each ton of guano he may or shall in-
spect and analize, weigh and mark,
