Resolution allowing the Agricultural Society of Fre-
derick county, to use and occupy the Barracks and
public grounds attached thereto, at Frederick.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Agricultural Society of Frederick county, be
allowed to use and occupy the Barracks and public
grounds attached thereto at Frederick, for the purposes
of holding their Agricultural Exhibitions and other
purposes of the society, saving, and except so much
thereof as may be necessary for the uses of the armory
attached to the said Barracks, until otherwise ordered
by the General Assembly of Maryland,

Resolution in relation to the New Tobacco Warehouse
in the city of Baltimore, now in the process of elec-
tion.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That until the New Tobacco Warehouse in the city of
Baltimore, now in the process of erection, be complet-
ed, that that part of the ground floor of number fire,
adjacent to the said New Warehouse, be set aside and
appropriated to the use of Warehouses number three
and number four, to be equally divided between the in-
spectors of the two last named houses, for the purposes
of storage.
