SEC. 10. And be it enacted, That the sixth section
of the act referred to in the eighth section of this act
which limits the operation of the said act, and the ob-
jects of which are otherwise provided for, be and the
same is hereby repealed.

effect from its passage.

AN ACT to fix the place and change the time for hold-
ing the terms of the Circuit Court for St. Mary's
county.

Terms.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the terms of the circuit court for
St. Mary's county, shall he held at Leonardtown, on
the third Monday of March, and on the third Monday
of November.
|

Return of
process.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That nil process now
issued or hereafter to be issued which has been or may
be made returnable to the first Monday in March,
eighteen hundred and fifty-four, shall be returned on
the third Monday in March next ensuing the passage
of this act.

In force.
|
SEC. 3. And, be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from its passage.
|
