202. An act to continue the State's appropriation for the benefit

of African colonization.

203. An act to authorise the commissioners of Caroline county,
in their discretion, to sell and dispose of the old jail house in the
town of Denton in said county, and to build a new jail house
therein.

204. An act ceding to the United States of America jurisdiction
over as site for a light house on Blackistone's Island in the Potomac
river.

205. An act appropriating a sum of money therein named to
pay Augustus R. Sollers, former clerk of Calvert county, for fees
in certain State cases.

206. An act fixing the time for the election of local trustees of
primary schools in Prince George's county.

207. An act to authorise the Orphan's court for Queen Anne's
county, to manumit two negro boys, John and Joseph Die, and
also to bind them out until they are twenty-one years of age.

and create an additional school district therein.

211. An act to change the name of Francis Wakeman Carr, of
Harford county, to that of Francis Carr Smith.

212. An act to establish another grade in the inspection of flour
in the city of Baltimore.

213. An act to provide for the payment of Nicholas Brewer, for
his services as Chancellor of this State.

214. An act to regulate the sessions of the Circuit courts in the
fourth judicial circuit.

215. An act to establish the terms of the Superior court and of
the court of Common Pleas of Baltimore city, and to make valid
the terms of the courts already held.

216. An act to authorise the clerk of the Circuit court for Howard
county, to deliver to Thomas Brice Hobbs, his commission as re-
gister of wills of said county, without requiring any additional tax.

217. An act to authorise the Circuit court for Worcester county;
to appoint a trustee to execute a conveyance of certain real estate

of Robert J. H. Handy, deceased, to Chesed Purnell.

218. An act to establish an additional election district in Alle-
gany county.

219. An act to provide for the final disposition of undecided
