num H. Mills, of Worcester county.

167. An act to amend the charter of the President and direc-
tors of the Associated Firemen's Insurance Company of Balti-

168. An act for the better regulation of primary schools in Car-
roll county.

169. An act to provide for payment of expenses occasioned by
the removal of civil cases.

170. An act authorising the Orphans' court of Worcester coun-
ty to complete the record of proceedings of the late Orphans' court
