165 An act to make valid a deed from Charles H. Carroll, of
the State of New York, executor of the last will and testament

of Charles Carroll, deceased, to James Reynolds, of Montgomery
county.

166. An act to cure a defect in the acknowledgment of a deed
from John Richardson and wife, of the State of Indiana, to Syd-
num H. Mills, of Worcester county.

167. An act to amend the charter of the President and direc-
tors of the Associated Firemen's Insurance Company of Balti-
more.

168. An act for the better regulation of primary schools in Car-
roll county.

169. An act to provide for payment of expenses occasioned by
