act to regulate public, ferries, and the supplements

regulate public ferries ;

At November session, seventeen hundred and eighty-
eight, chapter thirty-three, entitled, an additional sup-

At November session, seventeen hundred and ninety-
nine, chapter eighty-three, entitled, an additional sup-

whereby provision is made for the establishment of, and
regulation of public ferries in this State.

The act passed at November session, seventeen hun-
dred and eighty-seven, chapter nine, entitled, an act
respecting the continuance of civil suits in the general
and county courts, and the supplement thereto, passed
at November session, seventeen hundred and ninety-
four, chapter six, entitled, a supplement to an act enti-
tled, an act respecting the continuance of civil suits in
the general and counties' courts, which supplement
provides for the continuance of civil suits under certain
circumstances.

act for the speedy recovery of small debts out of court,

tion of county charges, in the several counties of this
