shall constitute the third district; that Prince George's
county shall be divided into two assessment districts,
whereof election districts numbered one, two, six and

seven, shall constitute the first district; and election
districts numbered three, four, five and eight, shall con-

shall be divided into three assessment districts, accord-

ing to the present division of said county into election
districts, whereof election districts numbered one, two
and three, shall constitute the first district; and election
districts numbered seven, eight and nine, shall consti-
tute the second district; and election districts numbered
four, five, six and ten, shall constitute the third district;

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the following
persons shall be, and are hereby appointed assessors,
to make valuations hereby directed within their respec-
tive districts, that is to say: For Saint Mary's county:
George W. Blackistone, Robert Thompson and William
G. Floyd; for Kent county: William Harris, James
Gale and Edwin Crouch; for the first district of Anne
Arundel county: Tristam S. Dorsey, William O'Hara
and James S. Sanford; for the second district of Anne
Arundel county: Richard I. Crabb, William Bryan
and John E. Stalker; for Calvert county: George R.
Williams, Thomas I. Hellen and Benjamin Owens;
for Charles county: William Hamilton, David Middle-
ton and John A. Dyer; for the first district of Balti-
more county: Henry F. Kalkman, Caleb D. Owings,
and Jacob Beekley; for the second district of Bal-
timore county: Peter Fowble, John S. Curtis and
Henry D. Almoney; for the third district of Baltimore
county: Thomas Cross, Edward Rider, jr. , and John
W. Onion; for Talbot county: Edward J. Stevens,
Richard Arringdale and Thomas Auld; for Somerset
county: George W. Bounds, Thomas Sudler and
Littleton R. Polk; for the first district of Dorchester
county Isaac Davis, William Price and Algernon
Thomas; for the second district: John W. Dale, Luther
Baen and Levin Richardson; for the third district :
John E. Applegarth, George Meekins and Levin W.
Stewart; for Cecil county: William Hanes, John Little
and Joseph Miller; for the first district of Prince
George's county: Richard G. Cross, Robert O. Ed-
mondson and Benjamin H. Beckett; for the second
district of Prince George's county: Thomas T. Somer-
ville, Leonard H. Early and Richard J. Edelen; for
Queen Anne's county: John S. Elliott, Albert Jump
and William A. G. Hobbs; for the first district of
