CHAP. 315.

shall hereafter be removed from either the Superior
Court of Baltimore city, the Court of Common Pleas
or the Criminal Court of Baltimore, to the Circuit
Court for Baltimore county, for trial, all the costs incur-
red in the trial of said cases, including the payment of
jurors, bailiff, and the officers of court, diving the time
occupied in the trial of said cases, except, such costs in
civil cases as shall be charged either to the plaintiffs or
defendants, in such cases be levied and collected from
the said city of Baltimore.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That in all criminal
cases, which have been, or may hereafter be removed
from the Criminal Court of Baltimore, to the Circuit
Court for Baltimore county, and tried, it may be, law
ful for the judge of the said Circuit Court, to allow to
the State's attorney for Baltimore county, in addition to
the sum now allowed by law, such compensation, not
to exceed the sum of thirty dollars for any one case, as
the said judge may deem just and proper, to be levied
and Collected from the city of Baltimore.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That in all cases which
have been or shall hereafter be removed from the Circuit
Court for Baltimore county, to either the Superior
Court of Baltimore city, the Court of Common Pleas

of said city, or to the Criminal Court of said city, for

cluding the payment of jurors, bailiffs, and the officers

of court, during the time occupied in the trial of said
cases, except such costs in civil cases as shall be charge
able either to the plaintiffs or defendants in such cases,
shall be levied by the county commissioners of Balti-
more county, on and collected from Baltimore county,
and paid over to the register of the city of Baltimore.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, Thai in all criminal cases
which have been or may hereafter be removed from the
Circuit Court of Baltimore county, to the Criminal
Court of Baltimore city, and tried, it shall and may be
lawful for the judge, of the said Criminal Court, to al-
low to the State's attorney for the city of Baltimore, in
addition to the sum now allowed by law, such compen-
sation, not to exceed the sum of thirty dollars for any
one case, as the judge of the said Criminal Court may
deem just and proper, to be levied by the county com-
missioners of Baltimore county, on and collected from
Baltimore county, and paid over to the register of the
city of Baltimore, for the benefit of said State's attor-
ney.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
