levy court of Baltimore county, whether under the
provisions of the said act, the said additional buildings
can be considered as part of the said warehouse, and
it appearing reasonable that the said additional build-
ings should be considered as part of the said ware-
bouse: Therefore,

 

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That if the levy court of Baltimore county,
or the majority of them shall approve of the building
or buildings adjoining or adjacent to the said ware-
house, built by the said James Calhoun, senior, as con-
venient and safe for the Inspection of tobacco; in such
case the said building or buildings, or such thereof as
may be so approved of, shall thereafter be taken and
considered as part of the said ware-house, subject to
the same inspection, and entitled to the same storage.

An act for the relief of George Page, an insol-
vent debtor.

Passed Dec. 27,
1811.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the judges, or any one judge of Prince
George's county court, in the recess of the said court,
be, and they, or any one of them is hereby authorised
and directed to extend to George Page, the benefit
and relief of the act of assembly passed at Novem-
ber session eighteen hundred and five, entitled, "An
act for the relief of sundry insolvent debtors, " and the
supplements thereto, without compelling him to give
the full notice to his creditors required by law in simi-
lar cases; and to extend and afford to the said George
Page, all the benefits, advantages and provisions of
the said act and the supplements thereto, in the same
manner and upon the same terms and conditions, as if
the said George Page had given the full notice to his
creditors as aforesaid.

CHAPTER 54.

Extending the
benefits of insol-
vent laws.

A supplement to the act entitled, "An act author-
ising a Lottery to raise a sum of money to build
a Church in Charles county, passed at November
session eighteen hundred and seven.
