be levied, collected and paid, in the same manner that
other county charges are levied, collected and paid.
AND BE IT ENACTED, That the said commis-
sioners, when they lay out said road, shall assess the
damages sustained by the individuals over whose lands
the said road may be laid out, and to return such as-
sessment to the levy court, to be levied, collected and
said, as other county charges are levied, collected and
paid.

CHAPTER 36.

 

An act for the relief of Abraham Fuller, an in-
solvent debtor, of the city of Baltimore.

Passed Dec. 27,
1811.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the judges, or any one judge of Bal-
timore county court be, and they, or any one of them
are hereby authorised and directed to extend to Abra-
ham Fuller, the benefit and relief of the act of assem-
bly, passed at November session eighteen hundred
and five, entitled, " An act for the relief of sundry
insolvent debtors, " and the supplements thereto, with-
out compelling him to produce the assent of two thirds
in amount, of his creditors, and to extend and afford to
the said Abraham Fuller, all the benefits, advantages
and provisions of the aforesaid act and the supple-
ments thereto, in the same manner, and upon the same
terms and conditions, as if he had obtained the assent
of two thirds of his creditors, to his release under the
same.

An act to repeal the fourth and fifth sections of an
act entitled, " A supplement f o the act entitled.

An act to regulate the inspection of Tobacco. "

1811.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the fourth and fifth sections of an act
entitled, A supplement to the act entitled, An act to
regulate the inspection of tobacco, passed at Novem-
ber session eighteen hundred and two, be, and the
same are hereby repealed.
