IMPORTATION OF PASSENGERS,— Mayor, &c.,

of the city of Baltimore to require the own-

ers, &c., of any vessel arriving, etc., which

shall be entered at the Custom House, to

give bond upon pain of forfeiture, for every

neglect, in the sum of $20 in each case to

the mayor, etc., to give a several bond to

the State in penalty of $300 for each pas-

senger, etc.

days after landing of such passenger, etc.,

for the bonds, etc., required by paying to

register of the city $1.50 for each passen-

ger, etc.
