BALTIMORE CITY— The provisions of the act of

1845, chapter 120, for the benefit of free

schools, &c., extended to all cases in

which the personal estates of persons dying

intestate in, shall be ready for distribution

in the orphans court of Baltimore county,

and unclaimed, &c.

Unless the court is satisfied that intestate

left no legal representative, court before or-

dering distribution, &c., shall cause admin-

istrator, &c., to give notice, &c., upon de-

fault of appearance, &c., estate to be dis-

tributed, &c.
