ASSENTED TO BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARY-
LAND, AT DECEMBER SESSION, A. D., 1849.

No. 1.

1849.

Resolution in favor of Joseph M. Ebberts.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the State pay to Joseph M. Ebberts
the sum of twenty-three dollars, it being for his ex-
penses and services rendered at the present session of
the House of Delegates, as door keeper.

Passed Jan. 2,
1850.

Resolution in favor of William Kline.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of Maryland pay to William Cline the
sum of twenty-eight dollars, in consideration of his
services and expenses in attending this house at the
present session of the House of Delegates, as Sergeant-
at-Arms.
