seven, chapter ninety-four.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Thomas H. Ford shall have and exercise, until
the first day of January, eighteen hundred and fifty-
three, all the powers, privileges and authority given to
and conferred upon him, in and by the act entitled, an
act to authorise and empower Thomas H. Ford to com-
plete the collections of Andrew Johnson, deceased, late
Sheriff of Queen Anne's county, and to give him fur-
ther time to do so, passed at December session, eighteen
hundred and forty-seven, and that this act shall take
effect from and after its passage.

An act for the relief of Betsy C. Mason, of Alexandria,
in the State of Virginia.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That all the privileges conferred upon Thompson F,
Mason, of Alexandria, by the act of eighteen hundred
and twenty-nine, chapter forty-eight, be and the same are
hereby extended and continued in favor of his widow,
Betsy C. Mason, and her descendants or devisees.
