An act entitled, an act to divorce Augusta M. Taylor,
of the City of Baltimore, from her husband, Mar-
cellus K. Taylor.
|

|
Divorced.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Augusta M. Taylor, of the city of Baltimore,
be and she is hereby divorced from her husband,
Marcellus K. Taylor, a vinculo matrimonii.

An act entitled, an act empowering the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore, to alter certain Alleys
and Streets on Whetstone Point.
|
|
|
May reduce
width of certain
streets, &c.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore be and they are hereby authorised to reduce
in width any or all of the Streets in said city, on
Whetstone Point, from Webster Street to Fort Mc-
Henry, as now laid out, and to increase in width any
or all of the alleys corresponding thereto, or to close
up any or all of said alleys, and to run the same at
right angles with their present location, from any
such points, and for any such distances as they may
deem most advisable.and to locate either so as to con-
form to the rail road locations of these streets.

Notice to be
given.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That before the said
Mayor and City Council shall pass any ordinance on
this subject, all the proceedings, by notice and other-
wise, shall have been complied with, which are re-
quired by the general law, preparatory to the opening
of streets, under the authority of the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore.
