85. A supplement to the act entitled, an act to incorporate the
Frederick and Emmittsburg Turnpike company, passed at Decem-
ber session eighteen hundred and forty-four, chapter one hundred
and thirty six.

86. An act to allow John R. Baden, former sheriff of Prince
George's county, further time to complete his collections.

87. An act tor the relief of the Baltimore and Harford Turnpike
Company.

88. An act to incorporate the Howard Street Savings Bank.

89. An act to allow Washington Finley, former collector of tax-
es for Queen Anne's county, further time to complete his collec-
tions.

had and done by Upton Dorsey, Thomas H. O'Neal and Zacha-
riah T. Windsor, in the partitioning and laying off of a certain tract or
parcel of the real estate of Nicholas Worthington of John,
deceased.

100. An act to incorporate a company to make a Turnpike Road,
commencing at the Forks of Hagerstown and Leitersburg Turnpike
Road in Washington county, located on the bed of the Old Marsh
Road, leading to the Pennsylvania line.

101. An act to incorporate the Cumberland Savings Institution.

102. An act to incorporate the Trustees of Frostburg Academy in
