ber session, eighteen hundred and forty-six, chapter two hundred
and fifty-two, entitled, an act relating to the School Fund in Harford
county.

2. An act entitled, an act for the relief of Joseph R. Savage of
the city of Baltimore.

3. An act entitled, an act for the relief of John M. Buchanan,
John Swan and Daniel Blocher, securities for Joseph Everstine, de-
ceased, late collector of State taxes for Allegany county.

4. An act entitled, an act for the relief of John Parian., adminis-
trator de bonis non of Richard E. Ireland, late sheriff and collector
of Calvert county.

5. An act entitled, an act to allow William O. Chappell, former
sheriff and collector of Montgomery county, further time to com-
plete his collections.

6. An act entitled, an act for the relief of Lott Gaither of Frede-
rick county.

7. An act entitled, an act authorising the levy court of Frederick
county, to levy a sum of money, if in their judgment they deem it
advisable, to re-build a bridge over the river Monocacy, at Devilbiss'
ford.

8. An act to alter the boundaries of Bladensburg election district
in Prince George's county, so as to throw a portion of Bladensburg
district into Spaldings' district.

9. An act giving the consent of the legislature of Maryland to the
purchase of land by the United States of America.

10. An act to make valid a deed from Samuel Maddux, Stephen
Silverthorn, Henry Silverthorn and Elizabeth Silverthorn of Somer-
set county, to Henry Beauchamp of the same county.
