NON-RESIDENT GUARDIANS— Of Infants living

out of the State. — When any Infant is

or shall be entitled to the proceeds of

any sales of property, etc., or to any

legacy, etc., in the hands of an executor

or guardian in the State, and such in-

fant if male, is under 21 years of age,

or if female under 18, and not residing

in this State, etc., but in some other,

and having guardian in such other State.

have given good security as such, etc.,

then the Orphan's Court of the county

in which said executor, etc , may have

administered in this State, or by whom

the guardian in this State may have been

appointed, that upon petition in writing;

said executor, etc., or guardian, to pay

such proceeds of sale as infant may be

entitled to, and to such guardian at such

time, etc., as is prescribed by the laws of
