KENT COUNTY

on delivering any person or persons at

the same, who may be committed for any

breach of the peace, 3rc., to be paid as

other charges, &c., constables not to re-

ceive more than four dollars for any one

delivery, distance to be computed from

place, where commitment is issued and

from jail to residence of constables,

said sum of eight cents to be levied and

paid only as the levy court shall allow,

&c.

In all cases where writ of venditioni

exponus shall be returned by any consta-

ble to any justice, &c and the property

in said writ remain unsold, &c., duty of

justice to whom return made, to enter

the same with the date on his docket, etc..

and thereupon; deliver said writ to the

constable, who shall take such proceed-

ings under said writ, so delivered for the

period of one year from date of return

&c., as might be had in virtue of re-

newals &c., and it shall not be lawful

within said period of one year, to issue

any second writ, or renewals &c., un-

der said original writ constable to re-

main under same legal obligation to sell

&c., his official bond liable &c., liable

for non performance &c., nothing in this

act to affect the provisions of the act of

1845, chapter 379, &c.

operation from passage.
