now required by the revenue laws, etc.,

before the expiration of the term to

which applicant is bound to appear, etc,

Any applicant for the benefit of the,

seized of any lands, etc., at the time of

his application and shall refuse to de-

liver possession, etc., to trustees, etc.

county court upon petition, etc., of trus-

tees etc., to pass an order, etc., comman-

ding said insolvent to shew cause with-

in fifteen days why writ of habere facias

possessionem shall not he issued, setting

up a copy of publication on the premi-

ses ten days before the time, fixed for

answering to be sufficient service, etc.

On failure of insolvent, etc., to an-

swer or having answered failing to shew

satisfactory cause why said writ should

not be issued, court to issue writ of

habere facias possessionem directed to

the sheriff, etc., to deliver possession to

purchaser, etc., where sold, etc.

insolvent was seized of any land, etc.,

or when entitled to any equity of re-

demption, etc.
