cation, in which such mines, &c., are,

upon petition in writing of said mines,

&c., or said furnishers of ore, &c., to

appoint a receiver to take charge of the

affairs of such individual, &c., that shall

or may have refused to pay, &c., with a

view to liquidation, &c , by authority of

the court, provided that the petition of the

parties hereby intended to be benefited,

clearly state the amount of indebted-

ness to each praying relief, the nature
