An additional supplement to an act entitled, an act to in-
corporate the Mutual Insurance Company of Carroll
County.
|
|

Revived.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the act to incorporate the Mutual
Insurance Company of Carroll county, passed at Decem-
ber session eighteen hundred and forty-five, chapter two
hundred and ninety, be and the same is hereby revived
and put in full force and virtue as a law.

Election of
directors.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the fust named twelve
persons in the first section of the act to which this is a
supplement, shall be the directors of said company un-
til the first Monday of May eighteen hundred and forty-
eight, at which time, and annually thereafter, twelve
directors shall be elected for the purposes, and in the
manner, and with the restrictions as set forth in the se-
cond section of the original act to which this is a supple-
ment, and the constitution required to be prepared in
said second section, shall be submitted on the first Mon-
day of April eighteen hundred and forty-eight.

lishing annual
statement.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the last Monday in
April eighteen hundred and forty-nine, and annually
thereafter, shall be the time for the directors to publish
their statement, as required in the sixteenth section of
the original act to which this is a supplement.

Jeremiah Myers, and such other persons as may be as-
sociated with them in the manner hereinafter prescrib-
ed, shall be and they are hereby incorporated by the
