CHAP. 3.

How to make
payment to
teachers.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That such payments shall
be made to the teachers of each election district of said
county, according to the apportionment of the school
fund prescribed by an act passed at December session
eighteen hundred and forty-six, chapter one hundred
and seventy-eight.
|
|
|
In cases of
fraudulent ac-
counts.
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted. That if any account pre-
sented, shall appear to the said orphans court, to be false
or fraudulent, the said orphans court is hereby authori-
sed to investigate the same, by summoning and examin-
ing witnesses under oath, and to adjudge the admission,
or exclusion of such accounts.

An act for the relief of Joseph R. Savage of the City
of Baltimore.

sovent acts.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners of insolvent debtors for the city
and county of Baltimore be, and they are hereby autho-
rised and directed, to hear, consider and determine the
application of Joseph R. Savage, for the benefit of the
insolvent laws of this State, in the same manner as if he
had not applied for the benefit of the insolvent laws,
within the last two years.
