CHAPTER 32.
A supplement to the act entitled, an act for the relief of
Douglass Green of Frederick County, passed at De-
cember session eighteen hundred and forty, chapter one
hundred and eighty-Seven.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the levy court of Frederick county are hereby
authorised and required to levy annually on the assessa-
ble property of said county, the sum of twenty dollars,
in addition to the sum of forty dollars, authorised and
directed to be levied by the act to which this is a sup-
plement, for the support of Douglass Green, a blind
man, and unable to support himself.

An act for the benefit of Aurthur L. Fogg.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners of insolvent debtors for the city
and county of Baltimore, be and they are hereby authoris-
ed and empowered to grant to Arthur L. Fogg, the bene-
of the several acts of assembly, passed for the relief
of insolvent debtors; provided, that the said Arthur L.
Fogg shall, in all other respects comply with the le-
quisitions of said acts of assembly, notwithstanding
the application of the said Arthur L. Fogg, for the
benefit of the insolvent laws within the last two years.

An additional supplement to an act entitled, an act to in-
corporate Companies, to make several Turnpike Roads
through Baltimore County, and for other purposes.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That if at any time hereafter, either of the
companies incorporated by the said original act, or in-
corporated by this acts of eighteen hundred and thirteen,
chapter one hundred and twenty-two, and eighteen hun-
